CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel at least 2 hours in advance of your scheduled time either online or by contacting me. Cancellations less than 2 hours or not showing up for appointment may result in a cancellation fee, if using a gift certificate, pre-paid massage session, etc. that session will be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you arrive late for your appointment, treatment for the remaining session time only will be provided, with no price reduction. Due to tightly booked appointments, I am unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

ILLNESS AND HEALTH CONCERNS

In an effort to provide a healthy environment, I respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and myself.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointments?

Click book appointment and sign in to user account using you mobile number. You will be able to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Or click/tap edit appointment in your confirmation/reminder email.

How do I change my appointment reminder settings?

Click book appointment and sign in to user account with mobile number and click user name in upper right corner, then click/tap your name. You will be able to change method of communication.
