If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session either online or by contacting me. Cancellations less than 24 hours or not showing up for appointment may result in a cancellation fee, if using a gift certificate or a pre-paid massage session, that session will be forfeited.
If you arrive late for your appointment, treatment for the remaining session time only will be provided, with no price reduction. Due to tightly booked appointments, I am unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
If this is your first time booking with me and you haven’t completed a client intake form online, I ask that you kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to provide health information and consult with me before beginning your massage.
In an effort to provide a healthy environment, I respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and myself.
