Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment please contact me or cancel online at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations after 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee, if using a gift certificate or massage session purchased in a package, etc, that session will be forfeited.

Illness & Health Concerns

In an effort to provide a healthy environment, I respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and myself.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, the remaining time will still be used for your massage, with no fee reduction. Appointments are not extended beyond original scheduled time.

New Client Appointments

I ask for new clients to try to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to go over health information and consult with me regarding your needs for the session.


All pre-paid massages, packages & gift certificates are non-refundable.
